How do I return an item?

Royal Cat Boutique Repairs, Returns and Refunds Policy:

Royal Cat Boutique (RCB) does not make repairs, and does not accept returns or exchanges, unless the product you purchased was defective when sold. If you received a defective item, please contact us at admin@royalcatboutique.com with details and photos of the product. You may ship the product (at your cost) to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail whether you are entitled to a repair, refund or a replacement as a result of a defect. If you are entitled to a repair or replacement, we will send you the repaired or replacement product to the address you specify. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

All of our products are individually handcrafted and many of our products are very large and/or heavy, so the actual shipping charges we pay can be quite expensive. If you decide to return a product, you will be responsible for making the arrangements for, and paying for return shipping. If you refuse a shipment from us for an order that you have placed, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount of any refund that may be due.
